We recommend booking 2-4 weeks in advance for weddings to ensure availability. For peak wedding season (May-October) and popular dates (Saturdays), booking 4-6 weeks ahead is ideal.
Each Full Service haircut (haircut + beard trim/shave) takes approximately 30-45 minutes. For a group of 5 groomsmen plus the groom (6 people), plan for approximately 3-4 hours total.
We recommend starting haircuts 4-6 hours before your ceremony, depending on group size. For 5-6 people, start 4 hours before. For 7+ people, start 5-6 hours before. This leaves buffer time for photos and getting dressed.
Absolutely! Anyone in your group can be included. Just let us know the total headcount when booking. Fathers, grandfathers, ring bearers, and other family members are welcome.
We set up in a designated space (conference room, private office, or event area). Employees sign up for time slots and receive haircuts during the workday. We handle scheduling, service delivery, and cleanup.
Just a comfortable chair (desk chair, dining chair, or any chair with a back) and a space with good lighting. A nearby bathroom is helpful for cleanup but not required. We bring all tools, products, capes, and cleanup supplies.
